The Dishwasher is responsible for all sanitation of pots, pans and other kitchen tools used during the Dining/Kitchen services. This position is located at our Senior Living Community across from the hospital. This position has no specific hours each week, but will be varied by needs of department.
Key duties and Responsibilities:
Taking all used dishes to the appopriate work station and cleaning/sanitizing as directed
Dining room set-up and break down may be necessary when needed
Daily cleaning in all work areas including washing counters, tables, floors, equipment, etc.
May need the knowledge of appropriate techniques of handling and serving food.
Demonstrate customer service to employees, patients, and visitors.
Able to follow instructions
Good communication skills
Related experience preferred
Schedule: (when appropriate or different than usual)
- 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- 11 am - 3 pm
- 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm
