Job Description

Customer Service & Administrative Support Responsibilities:

  • Strong Phone communication and computer skills
  • Customer focus and retention
  • Assist customers via phone, fax, online support and e-mail with inquiries but not limited to: tracking shipments, quotes, and solving customer issues.
  • Perform clerical duties such as directing phone calls, filing, and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Occasionally working with the warehouse team
  • Multi-tasking and working within other departments to assist with (duties below highlighted)
  • Work with purchasing team to track shipments, ETA’s and calling in damaged goods.
  • Work with accounting departments to mail reports, shred, and file.

Job Type: Full-time
