Customer Service & Administrative Support Responsibilities:
- Strong Phone communication and computer skills
- Customer focus and retention
- Assist customers via phone, fax, online support and e-mail with inquiries but not limited to: tracking shipments, quotes, and solving customer issues.
- Perform clerical duties such as directing phone calls, filing, and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Occasionally working with the warehouse team
- Multi-tasking and working within other departments to assist with (duties below highlighted)
- Work with purchasing team to track shipments, ETA’s and calling in damaged goods.
- Work with accounting departments to mail reports, shred, and file.
