Schedule outpatient procedures/appointments accurately, responding to telephone inquiries, from patients and physicians' offices, in a pleasant and professional and timely manner. Colllection and processing of patient and clinical data to ensure excellent patient care as well as department and hospital access and financial goals are achieved.

Must have excellent interpersonal and guest relations.Communication skills, excellent writing and spelling. Typing and computer knowledge. Applicant must be familiar with medical terminology. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task, retain knowledge about multiple procedures and keep track of multiple assignments.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- One year experience in a hospital or related environment.
